Returns & Refunds

You can return many items sold on Depending on the seller and the item, there are different options for returning. Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please refer to the seller or merchant that you bought the item from.

To return an item, go to the following link. Then pack your item securely, inserting any requested paperwork. Attach your return label to the package. Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected. Items valued over US$ 30 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs for returns are determined by the seller/merchant. Depending on the country of origin, it can take up to 4 weeks for an item to reach us once you return it. Returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third-party seller that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to be scheduled by the seller.

The seller/merchant of the items on may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you don’t have to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified in the link.

Your refund differs based on the condition of the item and how and when the item was purchased. To check the return window for an item you have ordered, go to Your Orders. For most (but not all) items, if the item is undamaged in its original condition and returned within the return window, you will receive 100% of the item’s price. If items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a seller’s error and is returned within the return window, you’ll probably receive less than the item’s price. After the return window, refunds are not possible. If an item is damaged after the return window, warranty regulations apply. There is no refund of shipping fees or taxes.

After the carrier has received your return item, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive and process the return. You might receive your refund faster, if you used a credit card or a gift card for purchase. If your original order was placed in a different currency then the sales price, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.
